Functions:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Administration Manager and Senior E-Cristal Administrator, the incumbent will perform the following functions:
Required Tasks:
• Responsible for all maintenance trouble shooting for all computer software and hardware.
• Assisting Senior E-cristal administrator in the administration of the Ecristal internet base interactive program
• Administrating CSF website services
• Involved with CSF head-office in the developing of computer software
• Producing weekly and monthly reports to the management
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• University degree in any computer or IT discipline with appropriate certified courses
Experience and Skills:
• 1 to 2 years of relevant IT & computer software industry is required at national or international level.
Competencies:
• Excellent computer skills.
• Fair proficiency of English written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Positive and presentable attitude
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work remotely
• Assertive and articulate
• Desire to learn new skills.
