Needed Skills/Experiences:
Excellent experience in XHTML, CSS2, and JavaScript is a must.
Excellent experience in Web design programs, and tools.
Very good experience in scripts styles, and TEMPLATES systems; experience in Smarty is a plus.
Good knowledge in mySQL, and PHP.
Good knowledge in Photoshop.
