Communication Engineers for Multinational Company
Multinational Company requires Communication Engineers with the below Requirements:
Education: Bachelor in Computer Sience, Engineering or IT and familiar with DSL
Language : Good command in English Language.
Job Skills:
1- Strong Troubleshooting experience for ADSL connectivity issues, and customer side troubleshooting, very good Telephone manner.
2- Full support for the ADSL, configuration, installation , & Splitter connection
3- Professional in standard test tools and systems like Network Analyzer .
4- Working under pressure ,work effectively and efficiently under or without supervision, work well in a team or as individual .
5- Improving technical background, willing to learn new skills , recommended to improve, methods, procedures,& Services .
6- Very good in reporting skills.
7- Have three years work experience minimum as help desk(A/E) with ISP companies or DSL operators
8- Excellent working in shifts.
9- Good speech & communication Skills.
