What you will be doing:
* Developer with experience developing applications with modern web technology.
* Developer for collaboration team developing portal applications.
* Assist with end-user support needs and perform troubleshooting and issue resolution.
* Identify, analyze, define, and coordinate user, customer and stakeholder needs and translates them into technical requirements.
* Help the project or program team prepare for Project Management .
What you need
* Current TS/SCI with Full Scope (Lifestyle) polygraph.
* An in-depth knowledge of the Agency and Intelligence Community.
* Detailed knowledge of the project life cycle.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
* Ability to effectively understand and communicate orally, in writing, and interpersonally to various customers/audiences.
* Ability to convey technical information to non technical individuals.
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve technical and non technical issues (e.g. equipment, systems, networks, computer operations, cover issues etc).

Job Summary::
Develop and design web applications and web sites. Create and specify architectural and technical parameters. Direct web site content creation,enhancement and maintenance
Duties & Responsibilities::
- Responsible for the development and design of company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.
- Be familiar with user-interface and information architecture principles and how to design Web sites with complex information or functionality
- Maintain regular communication and work closely with PR, IR managers to update web content on daily basis.
- Monitor web server and site technical performance
Skills & Experience::
- Proven Website Management experience
- Design HTML prototypes, visual interfaces and interaction of Web-based applicationsXML, JSP, ASP, PHP, Apache Tomcat, share Point, SQL Server and other web based technologies.
- Have experience with UX/UI Design, Information Architecture and Usability
- Java-XML (SAX, DOM, XML Schema, XQuery, XPath, JAXB / XMLBeans)
- Demonstrated proficiency in Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash
- Strong interest in web technologies, platforms, trends, and standards
- A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience updating Web sites using content management system software
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science
- From 3– 5 years experience
- Should be fluent in English & Arabic.
