-Install, configure, and maintain personal computers,Perform and/or oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.

-Document network problems and solutions for future reference.

 -Monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked application and associated operating Systems.

-Installs and maintains antivirus programs and their updates and run batches and hot fixes.

 -Installing local and network printers and Scanners.

-Installation and configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer desktops, laptops and software, associated printers and peripherals, network access, and network client software such as email.

- Have ability to travel between branches

-   have Basic concepts for A+ , N+    and certified for MCSE/MCITP
