Dear Employer,

This guide helps you in achieving the most benefit from our website, kindly read it carefully and apply these guidelines to achieve your recruitment goals both successfully and seamlessly.

Before registration 

  1. Create a professional email address. You'll send interview requests through this email, so pay attention to it. There's no sense in emails like: princess_tota, memo_elking, etc. Professional emails are different than personal emails. It's highly recommended to use company domain as the email domain, e.g, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. instead of This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .
  2. Use this email address to register with us, since you'll send interview requests through this email address.

Registration Membership Plans 

  1. The first step is to choose a subscription plan. The plan properties are:
    • Bonus Credit: This is the credit that you'll get when you subscribe. This credit can be used to do different operations on the website like adding jobs and viewing resumes.
    • Credit(s) per Job posting: How many credits will be deducted from your balance when you add a standard job.
    • Credit(s) per Featured Job: How many credits will be deducted from your balance when you add a featured job.
    • Credit(s) per Resume View: How many credits will be deducted from your balance when you view the resume of a candidate.
    • Price for 1 Credit: If your credits balance is zero and your subscription is still valid, you can buy credits using this price.
    • Job expires in (max.): The maximum time the job can be visible on the website.
    • Plan Grace Period: The duration you allowed to renew your subscription after your plan is expired.
  2. The free plan allows you to test the website by giving you free credit to use. For example, it gives you 125 points that you can use to add 1 ordinary job (50) and one featured job (60) in addition to viewing (15) resumes.
  3. You can buy new plans easily at any time after you register.
  4. You can add credits to your plan easily at any time after you register.
  5. Note that bigger plans have discounted prices for jobs. For example, the standard job in the platinuim membership costs 20 Credits (20 L.E) while costing 30 Credits (30 L.E) in the silver membership.
  6. The payment option includes only the "Bank Transfer" option. Other payment options will be added soon.
  7. Whether you've selected a free or paid membership; just click "Register" button to proceed to the registeration form.

Registeration Form

  1. In the Registration Form on our website, put your real First and Last name in addition to the Company Name. Don't forget to Capitalize them.
  2. After registration, you should check your inbox for the activation email. Click on the activation link. If you cann't find this message in your inbox; it may be in the junk/spam folders. The activation step is important to be able to use the website.
  3. Also after registeration, you may be redirected to the checkout page. Ignore it for now, and activate your account first, then log-in to complete your profile.

Your Profile

  1. After you log-in for the first time, you'll be required to update Your Profile. This step is very important. Fill all the details and don't leave any field empty. Remember to upload your company logo.
  2. You can set your privacy options, it's recommended to let them as they are. Click "Save profile" to finish the wizard and save your data.
  3. If you completed the previous steps correctly, you should now see your "Dashboard". Your dashboard is your key interface to the website, and you'll see it every time you log in to the website.

Your Subscription and Checkout

  1. If you've subscribed to the free membership plan; your account will be activated automatically.
  2. If you've subscribed to any paid membership plan; you'll need to go to "My Subscriptions" page to activate your subscription.
  3. In the "My Subscriptions" page, click on the Checkout Logo icon to proceed to the "Checkout" page. You can click on the Print icon icon to print an invoice of this subscription.
  4. In the "Checkout" page, you'll see the required amount to be paid and the bank accounts where you should deposit the subscription fees.
  5. Deposit the required amount in any of the specified bank accounts and email the receipt to (admin)@(egyptitjobs)(.com) - remove the parantheses. After that, we'll immediately activate your subscription. You can call us at (+2)01002007929 if you need to activate your subscription first.
  6. In all cases, you'll get a notification email when we activate your subscription.

Adding Jobs

  1. Click on the "Post New Job" icon in your dashboard. Specify whether you want the job to be "Featured" or not. Featured jobs cost extra credit than non-Featured jobs. Featured jobs are highlighted and displayed on top of other jobs.
  2. Specify the "Job Title". e.g, "Senior .NET Developer".
  3. Select the nearest specialization to this job. In the above case, you'd select ".NET".
  4. Select the other options like the position type, minimum required experience, minimum education and approximate salary. You can set the salary to 0 if it's negotiable. Also, specify the job location and address.
  5. In the "Manage Applicants" option, you can leave it to the default "Job Board account" to manage the applicants using the website. This is recommended and will help you manage the applicants easily. If you wish, you can choose the "External Website" option and fill in your own website for job application.
  6. When someone applies for any of your jobs, you'll be notified by email and through the website. You can view the resume of the applicant and contact him for interview directly using the website.
  7. Click on "Save Job" button to save this job.
  8. After saving a job, you'll be redirected to the "My Job Listing" page. Note that the saved job will not be published untill you click the "Publish" button.
  9. After clicking the "Publish" button, you can specify the Start Date and End Date of the job. Note that the job duration is a maximum of 7 days for paid memberships and 3 days for free membership.
  10. From the same page, you can set the job as "Hot". Hot jobs are displayed above ordinary and featured jobs.

Editing Jobs

  1. You can edit or delete your jobs at any time by going to the "My Job Listing" page.
  2. If you want, you can make a copy of a job by clicking the "Copy Job" icon. This allows you to create another job with same information (useful if you want to add multiple jobs with little different information).
  3. If a job has expired, you can click on the "Republish" button to publish it again.
  4. In all cases, your saved, published, and expired jobs are all kept for your refernce, unless you manually delete them.

Who Applied for my Jobs?

  1. Click on "My Job Applicants" to see who applied to your jobs.
  2. Beside every job, a button will display the number of applicants that applied to your job. Clicking on this button will display a list of the applicants.
  3. You can click on the "View" link to view the applicant Cover Letter.
  4. You can click on the Preview button button to preview the applicant resume.
  5. Clicking on the applicant name will open his complete profile (you'll be charged 1 credit for this).

Dealing with Applicant/Jobseeker Profile

  1. When you open an applicant or jbseeker profile; you'll see his complete profile.
  2. In the bottom you can view the applicant Cover Letter and Resume, with option to download the Resume.
  3. You can click the "Print Jobseeker Details" button to print his profile.
  4. You can click the "Contact Jobseeker" button to send a message to him. You can edit the message template to suite your needs. When you send a message to a jobseeker, he'll be notified automatically by email and the message will be visible on his dashboard.
  5. You can access all the available jobs by clicking on the "Latest Jobs" icon form your dashboard or the website

Searching Jobseekers

  1. Click on "Search Jobseeker" option in your dashboard to open up the search page. By default it displays all the registered jobseekers on the website.
  2. You can filter jobseekers by soecialization, faculty, experience years, education level, gender, or location. If you're searching for jobseekers with specific skills, enter the skills in the Keyword field.
  3. You can interact with the jobssekers in the search results as mentioned in the previous section.

My Sybscribtion

  1. Click on "My Subscriptions" button in your dashbaord to see the history of your subscribtions.
  2. Each subscription displays its information in details, and you can checkout or delete or print invoice of it using the attached icons.
  3. To buy a new subscription click on "Buy Subscription" form the dashboard menu "Credits". After you select a subscription plan, you can go to checkout page to activate it.
  4. When you buy a new subscription, your remaining credit will be added to the new credit and the subscription expiry date will be of the longest subscription plan you're subscribed to.

My Credit

  1. Click on "My Credits" icon in your dashboard to view your total available credit along with the history of all your in/out credits of your account.
  2. To buy credit, click on the "Buy Credit" icon in your dashboard. Specify how many credits you wish to buy and click "Buy". You'll be redirected to a page that contains the required amount and the bank accounts. Deposit the required amount in any of the specified bank accounts and email the receipt to (admin)@(egyptitjobs)(.com) - remove the parantheses. After that, we'll immediately activate your credit purchase. You can call us at (+2)01002007929 if you need to activate it immediately.
  3. When we activate your credit purchase, you'll be notified by email and your credit will be increased.
  4. To view your credit invoices, click on "Credit Invoices" icon in your dashboard. Here you'll be able to view the status of your credit purchase and print any credit invoice.
