Before registration

  1. Create a professional email address. You'll get interview requests through this email, so pay attention to it. There's no sense in emails like: princess_tota, memo_elking, java_hero, etc. Professional emails are different than personal emails. You can use your first and last name in the email address like ahmed_ali or a_ali or ahmed_ali87 or any suitable email address name.
  2. Pay attention to the "First name" and "Last name" fields in the email registration form of Yahoo! or Gmail, etc. They are displayed in the emails you send to companies. Put your real first and last name or change them now form your profile options.
  3. Use this email address to register with us, since you'll get interview requests through this email address. And make sure to check your inbox periodically.

Registration

  1. In the Registration Form on our website, put your real First and Last name. Don't forget to Capitalize them.
  2. After registration, you should check your inbox for the activation email. Click on the activation link. If you cann't find this message in your inbox; it may be in the junk/spam folders. The activation step is important to be able to use the website.

Your Profile

  1. After you log-in for the first time, you'll be required to update Your Profile. This step is very important. Remember that your profile is the first thing employers see, before checking your CV and contacting you. Fill all the details and don't leave any field empty. Remember to upload your personal photo since a lot of companies require this, and don't worry, your photo can be seen only by registered companies.
  2. After filling your personal information, click "Next" to go to the next page. Your education info is very important. Remember that the "University" field is a look-up field, type in the first letters of your university/institute in English and select it from the list. If you hold a post graduate degree, add it in the fields below. Your "Skills" section is the most important part in this screen. List all your technical skills in brief and be precise. Employers' eyes will pay the most attention to this part of your profile.
  3. Click "Next" to go to the "Employment" page. Fill in your current employment details including the company name and your job title. Select the nearest specialization to your current job and select your total years of experience. If you're a fresh graduate or don't have a job now, enter the position yoy're looking for in the job title field and select the area of specialization that's the nearest to your interest. Don't forget to enter your expected salary. A lot of companies look for this information before contacting you.
  4. Click "Next" to set your privacy options, it's recommended to let them as they are. Click "Save profile" to finish the wizard and save your data.
  5. If you completed the previous steps correctly, you should now see your "Dashboard". Your dashboard is your key interface to the website, and you'll see it every time you log in to the website.

Your Resume and Cover Letter

  1. The first thing to do now is to upload your "Resume" and "Cover Letter".

If you select "Copy/Paste" option; you can copy the data from your CV and paste it directly in the space that appears below, and don't worry, the CV formatting won't be changed. If you select the "Upload" option, you can upload your resume directly to the website. Your resume will be "Active" by default. If you upload multiple resumes, you can activate one of them only, and deactivate the others. Your resume is very important, and must be will-written. We provide a guide of writing CVs through the CV Tips section. Remember that you can edit, delete or view your resume at any time by going to the "Add/Edit Resume" page.
  3. Click on the "Add/Edit Cover Letter" icon to add a new cover letter. Specify its title, e.g, "ERP Implementer Cover Letter", and fill in the cover letter details, e.g, "With a working experience of 4 years, I'm seeking a challenging position in a reputable company in the field of ERP implementation. My experience includes ... and ..., and I'm confident that I'll give your company the added value that you expect. Seeking forward to be one of your team and contribute to the comapny's success". As with the "Resumes" page, you can upload multiple cover letters and activate any one of them. Also, you can edit, delete, or view your cover letter at any time through the same page. We provide a guide of writing Cover Letters through the Cover Letter Tips section.
